About SewDeb

Picture of SewDeb in the Spring of 2005

After living most of her life in the Midwest, SewDeb now enjoys the comforts of "Down East" North Carolina. Now she can take relaxing strolls along the sandy beaches; looking for the perfect shells. That is, when she is not busy sewing or helping brides make plans for that perfect day.

Deb began her sewing career at the age of five, when she learned how to embroider and to sew by hand. Seven years later, she had progressed to taking sewing lessons at University of Missouri Extension Center. By the time she was in high school, she was already making formal gowns for herself and many of her friends, and at the age of 19, she created her first wedding gown.

Deb has crafted Christening gowns, First Communion dresses, flower girl dresses, as well as exquisite gowns for bridesmaids and the bride. If that wasn't enough, Deb also has years of experience with bridal accessories, such as pew bows, ring bearer pillows, and much more.

If you would like to contact SewDeb, please feel free to e-mail her.
